How your listing got here
Every provider on SpinalCare is listed from the US National Provider Identifier (NPI) registry — an authoritative federal source. We never invent a clinic, credential or address, and unknown fields show as “Not provided” rather than a guess. Until you claim it, your listing is marked as registry-seeded.
What claiming will let you do
- Confirm your details and correct anything out of date
- Add services, insurance accepted, hours and a short bio
- Add a photo of your practice
