Who we are
SpinalCare (spinalcare.org) is a directory of US spine-care providers. There are no accounts, logins or payments. Contact: privacy@spinalcare.org.
What we collect, and why
Visits. We count visits and see which pages are used, to run a reliable site. This uses no cookies.
Analytics cookies, only if you accept. If you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and an approximate location. If you choose “No thanks”, it never loads. You can change your answer at any time: .
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser and page requested) to run the site and protect it from abuse.
Emails you send us. We receive your email address, your name and whatever you include, so we can reply.
Provider listings. Listings come from the public NPI registry. They are public professional information, not data collected from you.
Who receives it
Our hosting, analytics and email providers, and the map and video services that load on pages that use them. Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
No longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Children
SpinalCare is for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13.
